Lewis is a Consultant Conveyancer specialising in residential conveyancing, providing a responsive, proactive and client-focused service across a broad range of property transactions.
Lewis takes a structured and organised approach to every matter, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining clear communication throughout. He works closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and fellow solicitors to keep matters moving forward and minimise unnecessary delays, helping transactions reach completion as smoothly as possible.
With nearly five years of legal experience spanning academic study, professional training and practical legal work, Lewis has developed strong technical knowledge alongside a calm and client-focused approach. He prides himself on delivering practical, straightforward advice and ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident at every stage of their transaction.
Lewis independently manages a varied residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters from initial instruction through to completion. His experience includes registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold transactions, mortgagee in possession sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership matters and limited company buy-to-let acquisitions. Through regular collaboration with clients and property professionals, he has developed a reputation for maintaining momentum and proactively overcoming obstacles to achieve successful outcomes.
Lewis holds a First-Class Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) degree and has completed CQS training, demonstrating his commitment to maintaining high professional standards and delivering quality legal services.

Outside of work, Lewis is a self-confessed Brian Cox enthusiast with a keen interest in astrophysics and all things space-related. Much to the amusement of his partner, he regularly shares fascinating facts about the universe whenever the opportunity arises. Fortunately, his four-year-old son seems to enjoy them a little more.
