Who is Aimee?
Aimee Summers
Consultant Conveyancing Executive & Head of Residential Property
Aimee heads up the non-military residential conveyancing department at JB Property Law, overseeing standard residential property transactions and ensuring clients receive an efficient, responsive, and highly personalised service throughout their matter.
Aimee is a self-employed residential conveyancer specialising in a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Working within a consultancy model allows her to provide dedicated support, continuity, and clear communication from instruction through to completion.
Aimee began her legal career as a legal secretary, where she developed a strong foundation in organisation, file management, and client care. She later progressed to the role of conveyancing assistant, expanding her legal knowledge and becoming directly involved in the day-to-day management of transactions. Through this experience, she developed the proactive, practical, and client-focused approach that now underpins her work as a conveyancing executive.
She has experience handling a wide variety of residential property matters, including shared ownership transactions, auction properties, bridging finance, and transactions involving limited companies. Aimee adopts a practical, solutions-focused approach to progressing matters efficiently while maintaining a strong emphasis on attention to detail and client service.
By carefully managing her caseload, Aimee ensures every client receives the time, support, and communication they deserve. She understands that buying or selling a property can often feel stressful and overwhelming, and she is committed to providing straightforward advice in plain English, avoiding unnecessary legal jargon and ensuring clients feel informed and reassured throughout the process.
Having worked in conveyancing since 2020, Aimee is currently progressing her qualification with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining high professional standards.
Known for her approachable and efficient manner, Aimee prides herself on being accessible and responsive, providing prompt updates wherever possible and taking a hands-on approach to resolving issues and keeping transactions moving smoothly.
As Aimee continues to work towards qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, her work is supervised by Joanne Bowmer, Head of JB Property Law, and supported through the internal training and compliance framework provided by Carbon Law Partners.
