Welcoming Aimee Summers to JB Property Law

We are delighted to officially welcome Aimee Summers to the team at JB Property Law Ltd as our Consultant Conveyancing Executive & Head of Residential Property.

Aimee brings with her a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing and a genuine passion for delivering a professional, approachable, and client-focused service. Heading up our non-military residential conveyancing department, she will oversee a broad range of residential property transactions while ensuring every client receives the personalised support and communication they deserve.

Having worked in conveyancing since 2020, Aimee has built extensive experience across freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, auction transactions, bridging finance matters, and transactions involving limited companies. Her practical, solutions-focused approach helps keep transactions progressing smoothly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Aimee’s journey into conveyancing began as a legal secretary before progressing into a conveyancing assistant role, where she developed the strong organisational skills, legal knowledge, and client-focused approach that now underpin her work. Interestingly, her career progression closely mirrors Joanne’s own path into the legal profession, making her journey particularly special within the firm. Like Joanne, Aimee has worked her way through the industry with dedication, determination, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate the property process with confidence.

One of the qualities that immediately stood out to us was Aimee’s commitment to making the conveyancing process as straightforward and stress-free as possible for clients. She understands that buying or selling a property can feel overwhelming at times, and prides herself on providing clear advice in plain English, avoiding unnecessary legal jargon and ensuring clients feel informed every step of the way.

Known for her approachable and efficient manner, Aimee takes a hands-on approach to client care and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and other professionals involved in the transaction process.

Outside of work, Aimee is an avid reader, enjoys music, plays multiple musical instruments, and has a keen interest in astrophysics — a reflection of her curious and analytical mindset.
