Undergoing the Conveyancing process is often classed as the most stressful time if your life. Along with coordinating any new possible house purchase & packing up your home you will still have the normal day to day life and work commitments.
Whilst I cannot help you pack your possessions, my aim is to alleviate the stress of your matter by communicating with you clearly, efficiently, and in a timely manner. I will provide you with regular updates at crucial times and stages in your transaction.
Because I work on a consultancy basis rather than as an employee in a large corporation, I carry a smaller workload than many conveyancers. This means I can offer a more personal experience and can tailor my hours to suit your working/home lifestyle.

I first began my legal career in Newcastle Upon Tyne as an office junior upon leaving school. I was quickly promoted to a legal assistant in a post completion department and then a property secretary. From there, I undertook part time study to become qualified in 2005. I'm a firm believer that we are never to old to stop learning am currently undertaking a Masters degree in International Business Law with a prestigious Swiss Law School.
With over 20 years in the industry, I specialize in unregistered conveyancing and problematic/complex transactions. I work with an industry-leading firm at the forefront of innovation and technology within the residential property legal sector. Doing this allows me to offer a totally bespoke service to all my clients.

I am a member of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers, National Association of Licensed Paralegals, Institute of Paralegals and the CILEX Specialist Reference Group. I am also a member of the New York City Paralegal Association, & The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
